(Saturday & Sunday on request). There are two lifts in the building accessible from the modern smart reception area were our courteous and friendly staff will assist you with your every need. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, and our team is always on duty to assist you with whatever you require. Security is taken very seriously at Sanctum and you cannot enter the building or the lift at ground level without using your ‘Entry Fob' allocated on arrival. All guests at Sanctum have complimentary membership of the ‘Living Well Health Club' situated opposite the resort. The Living Well Health Club has a fully equipped gymnasium, heated indoor pool, sauna, solarium, beauty centre and exercise classes (may be subject to a charge).
